Prior to joining Admiral in 2009, I didn’t always feel that there were opportunities to grow or advance my career in my other jobs. When I came to the Halifax office, I recognized immediately that Admiral was different; my manager took a genuine interest in my personal development and gave me the support I needed to achieve my goals. Within 9 months of being hired, I became a Senior in the Sales Department and 7 months later, I was promoted to a Team Manager position. I really enjoy my new role, especially the opportunity to coach and mentor my team in developing and achieving their goals. It feels great to work for a company that encourages and celebrates the successes of its employees.
