Making the decision to join Admiral was the best move I have made since relocating to Halifax 10 years ago. I had been working for another contact centre and wanted a fresh start. When I'd heard about Admiral and all the benefits of working for a company that believes in its employees, I was definitely intrigued; so I filled out the online application and decided Admiral needed me as much as I needed them.
I love the fact that you get to "test drive the company" before you "buy into it". I knew I wanted to stay as soon as I walked through the door. The atmosphere was so refreshing and the people were so warm and friendly, this was what I had needed to motivate me to want to come to work every day.
