Renewals is a diverse and rewarding department where sales and customer service skills go hand in hand. You'll talk to people whose policy is up for renewal and ensure we do all we can to secure their business all over again. Polite and professional, you'll resolve any problems and confirm the policy details are correct so we can give our customers a price that’s right.
We have a set of standards and procedures to ensure our customers get the best possible service and value for their money. We'll also be looking for you to take initiative and be proactive. Accuracy and quality of service are key skills in Renewals. You will also need to be a competent objection handler and a keen negotiator. It will be your product knowledge, and friendly, helpful approach that will make all the difference to our customers. Up selling policy benefits will earn you extra incentive. By keeping up with new procedures and being open to new ideas, you should easily meet your targets. It goes without saying that you are polite and articulate; and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding level of service to our customers.
